2. What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) typically starts from 200-300 pieces, although this may vary based on factors such as fabric, design complexity, and size assortment. 3. What are your typical lead times for production?

Lead times vary depending on factors such as workload and the complexity of the design. Typically, estimated lead times range from 4-6 weeks from the confirmation of the sample. However, we understand the importance of meeting deadlines and will make every effort to accommodate your specific requirements. In many cases, lead times may be shorter than initially quoted. 4. Can we request samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes, before committing to mass production, you have the option to request a sample. Our sample prices typically range between 100-400€, varying based on factors such as style, fabric type, and other specifications. However, please note that this fee will be refunded upon placing a mass production order.

5. Can you provide cost estimations for our orders before we proceed?

We can provide cost estimations after we receive the tech pack or sample photos, along with the order quantities, size assortment, fabric selection, and other required details.

6. Can we schedule consultations to discuss our custom order requirements in detail?

Yes, we offer consultations to discuss your custom order requirements and provide personalized guidance and recommendations.

Manufacturing

1. Are you working as a agent or do you have a factory?

We operate two state-of-the-art factories in Turkey, specializing in both knitting (e.g., T-shirts, sweatshirts, sportswear) and weaving (e.g., denim, pants, shirts). When you work with us, you’ll have direct access to our facilities, ensuring transparency and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process.

2. Is it possible to schedule a factory visit?

Absolutely! We welcome visits to our factories located in Istanbul or Batman. To schedule an appointment, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to arrange a tour for you.

3. Where is bulk manufacture made?

All bulk manufacturing takes place in Turkey, ensuring swift delivery and adhering to EU-standard high-quality production practices.

4. How do you ensure the quality of the garments produced?

We implement stringent quality control measures at every stage of the manufacturing process, ensuring consistent standards by conducting thorough inspections before progressing to the next stage, thereby maintaining our commitment to quality assurance.

5. What is the communication process like during the manufacturing process? How often will we receive updates on our order?

We maintain regular communication throughout the manufacturing process, providing updates on your order status as needed, and we adapt to your preferred communication channel, whether it’s via email or WhatsApp, ensuring seamless interaction throughout.

6. How do lead times differ for reorders compared to initial orders?

Lead times for reorders are typically shorter than initial orders due to our established production processes, and with stocked fabrics, we ensure even faster turnaround times while maintaining quality standards.

Shipment

1. Any special/explicit delivery methods? (FOB,CIF,EX etc.)

We primarily utilize the FOB method, where we deliver products to the agreed-upon shipment company’s warehouse. However, we are open to accommodating alternative shipment methods based on your preferences.

2. How long it might take for the shippment to arrive ?

Shipping times vary depending on the chosen method and destination. However, for estimation purposes:

Highway: 7-14 days

Airway: 2-3 days

Sea Freight: 12-21 days
